Do I need Internet Access?
- If you plan on updating your site yourself, you do need Internet access. We can set up a static site with information that you provide us with in writing or on a disk. You could have a static site with your contact information, etc. with plans on working on it in the future. The cost is the same, so ideally you would want to have Internet access to use the site as a tool to help you build your business.

Do you provide Internet Access?
- No. We do not provide Internet access. We recommend something with an "always on" connection such as a cable modem or dsl line. This provides you with 24/7 access to your web site and to email. It also provides you with the highest speeds for uploading files to your site.

What is a domain name?
- The unique name that identifies an Internet site. Domain Names always have 2 or
more parts, separated by dots. The part on the left is usually the "www" (world wide web), then the domain name itself (yourcompany) and then the end (.com, .net, etc.). The domain allows users to locate you easily on the web by typing the domain name into the Internet browser.

Why do I need a domain name?
- Domain names are being registered at a very rapid rate. It is highly likely that you may find that your name has already been registered by someone else with the same name. Once the name has been registered by someone else, there is no way for you to get it back. At some time in the future they may let it expire, but until then you have no option except to register another variation or top level name. It is very critical that you at least register your name even if you do not plan to build a web site right now. Feel free to contact us for more information on how to do this.

What is a top level domain name?
- Top level means a .com, .net or a .org. Recently there have been many types of of domain names popping up such as .info and .name. But the most prestigious will always be a .com or a .net.

Do you have an iPhone or Android App?
- No! And that is by design. Please read the statement on the front page regarding non-IPA's. Click here.

Can I send texts from my website?
- Once again. Is this a feature that you really need? Isn't it just an additional cost that you do not need to incur? Most of us have texting with our phone contract. Did you know that you can create texting groups on your Smartphone or iPhone and send sales texts via your phone for FREE?! (if you have texting with your phone provider.) Take a few minutes to learn how to create a texting group of your clients and save yourself some $$$!

Do I need to know .html or computer language to build my site?
- Absolutely not! That is the great thing about MyUnitBuilder is how easy it is to use. If you use any type of word processing program to create your documents, then you can edit your web pages. It works exactly the same! Point, click, paste graphics, photos and save. That's it! You're finished.

I already have a web site that I have spent tons of time on. Can you copy it?
- Yes! If you have a web site anywhere else on the web we can most likely copy and move the whole site for you. All we need is for you to complete the order form and give us your permission to copy the site and we will get started. We understand that your time is very valuable and will try to make this whole process as easy as possible. There is a fee to complete this process. Please see the order form.

Can you assist me in any way?
- Yes. Our system is so simple to use that once you are up and running it is highly unlikely that you will need any help. Plus, there is a great online manual that you will receive a link to once you sign up and we are working to install online training videos that will walk you through all of the processes step-by-step. But, if you do want help, we have a monthly maintenance plan that puts the completely responsibility of your site into our hands!

What if I need help?
- Someone is available normally in the office or via email Monday through Friday. You can even catch us over the weekends via email or sometimes even via a phone call. :-)
